Blushing is something we don't seem to do much these days. Once upon a time, it was a common occurrence among those whose hearts were less worldly. Today, few blush because few have been wise enough to protect their hearts and minds from the things of this world. Practically everything is acceptable today, and even things that wouldn't have been done in secret in years gone by are proudly done openly today. Frankly, I'm not surprised when I see such things in the world. We were told these things would happen before the end. I am, however, quite surprised by how often they happen among those who call themselves Christians. Such things ought not be so.
"I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people--not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy or swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat." 1 Corinthians 5-11
